At PetStudios, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 10 business days or less. While most orders arrive sooner, delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking
All orders include full tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PetStudios is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
